NHL players don't TOUCH the ice for most of their off-season. They train athletically off-ice, and these skills can translate to ANY sport.
David will push you to your limit during your sessions and make sure your biomechanics are on point in order to translate your skills to ice, field or court. These sessions will be specifically catered to you and your needs.
Private On-Ice Session
